Follow these simple steps to learn how to create Finger pull Cabinets by modifying door margins.

1.

First navigate to Settings > Modify Catalog.

We will be making changes to the door margins of the cabinets to create a gap between our doors.

2.

The modify catalog screen will pop-up which allows changing the products in the library. Click on Modify All Door Gap to begin modifying the door parameters. Set the Top Indent and Horizontal gap (D) as required. This will be the distance between the doors/drawers. In this example I have set my margin at 25. This will update every product in the library.

3.

The changes will not automatically apply to the cabinets already in the drawing. To apply the changes to existing cabinets, right-click on the desired cabinet and navigate to Change Size. When the pop-up box is present, click OK without changing the values to update the cabinet.

4.

To extend the top-rail of the cabinet so we can not see the carcase through our finger rails navigate to Panel > Change Size. Now left click on the top panel of the cabinet to begin modifying. Now change the height of the panel to the height of your cabinet. Make sure the drop down box is set to positive side. This will extend the top panel and remove the gap between the drawers. This should be performed before the bench top is applied to the cabinetry.
