Entry Procedure:
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) Receive an email from the Promoter containing the hyperlink to the promotion, OR receive an email from one of the Sponsors of the promotion containing the hyperlink to the promotion, OR click through the hyperlink to the survey which has been posted online by an authorised representative of the Promoter; AND
(b) Complete the National Joinery Industry Survey Powered by goCabinets, which can be found at https://ajisurvey.typeform.com/to/zK48c7 ; AND
(c) Answer the competition question: “Tell us in 25 words or less why you like being in the joinery industry?”
Maximum Number of Entries: 1 per individual.
Judging Details:
Judging will be conducted by a panel of 4 members including a representative of Cabinets by Computer, goCabinets, Lincoln Sentry and Supplier Magazine. All entrants answer to the prize question will be reviewed and the best 50 answers that satisfy the judging criteria will be placed in a short list. The short-listed answers will then be voted on by the judging panel, with each judge independently ranking their top 20 answers from 20 points (best answer) to 1 point (20th best answer). Votes will be tallied and the top 20 answers will be determined based on an accumulative score of all 4 judges. The winner of 1st prize will be the entrant whose answer scores the highest points across all 4 judges.

Judging Criteria: This is a game of skill, so each entry will be judged on its accuracy, creativity and ingenuity. Based on these criteria, the judging panel will determine the winner as being the answer which displays the most inspiring and interesting response to the competition question, with specific reference to the joinery industry.

Notification and Publication of Winners: Winners will be notified by phone/email within 2 business days of being selected. Prize winners’ names will be published on the Promoter’s website at www.gocabinets.com.au/competitions on 6th of May 2020.

1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the National Industry Joinery Survey Conducted by goCabinets is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.The promoter conducts one type of competition only: a game of skill. In the game of skill, winners are based on the skill of their entry in response to the prize question with reference to the judging criteria.
3. When there is a game of skill, goCabinets operates in accordance with the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) regulations.
4. Entry is open to Australian’s aged eighteen years or over that have completed the National Industry Joinery Survey. Employees and immediate families of the promoter and any affiliated promotion sponsors are ineligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, or an employee or immediate family member of the promoter or affiliated sponsor, they will automatically be disqualified.
5. Promotion commences and closes on the dates shown. Only the winner(s) will be notified by email and must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Re–location will be based on remaining competition entrants.
6.The promoter reserves the right to share entry data with any sponsors of the promotion. On the occasion that this occurs, the promoter will clearly specify this for privacy reasons.
7. To enter, entrants must complete the sent survey during the promotion period and provide an answer to all question. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid.
8. One entry per person only. Multiple entries from the same person will result in all entries by that person being disqualified.
9. The Judging panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, whereby the prize is not a cash prize. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. Any costs associated with entering the promotion or redeeming prizes are the sole responsibility of the competition entrants.
11. All competition entrants must reside with Australia. Winners entering from outside Australia will be disqualified.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
13. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promotor. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested.
Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter. Additionally, all literary works submitted as part of an entry become the property of the Promoter and it is a condition of entry that those literary works may be used by the Promoter for their own promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction. The promoter may share the entry details with the prize provider.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
15. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
16. Prizes, where that prize is physical and not digital or monetary, can only be sent to addresses in Australia.
17.All amounts listed are expressed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
18. These Terms & Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition (Survey) on this site and may be updated from time to time.
